"I lived in Kailua before and I knew I wanted to stay in Kailua, my favorite town on O’ahu. The studio was perfect, it had enough space for myself and my boyfriend. Waking up to the ocean and the sunrise is unbeatable! The ocean is steps away. There was a hose right out front to easily wash away the sand from a beach walk or beach day. I will definitely be back! Only regret is not being able to sync up and meet with the lovely host, Shari, who did a great job of making sure we had a great time. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely place, aloha and a hui hou!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay for our family! Everything we remember about wonderful Kailua! The quaint and quiet town, the refreshing breeze, and the sweet serenity of the simple life! Scott met us and made checkin a breeze. Plenty of fans were provided and used on the warm days. The beach was amazing! The walk to beach does require some attention on a short stretch of road, as Scott advised. A real value for Kailua. One of the most serene experiences of our lives! If only we could afford to buy such house!"

"We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this roomy unit just steps from a beautiful beach. Everything was in good working order and clean. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The owner lives onsite and was helpful with suggestions of good restaurants and other sites."

"It was very sad leaving this beautiful property because it had all the elements of a wonderful place - very clean, conveniently located and aesthetically pleasing (inside and out). To relax at the pool with the sounds of native birds and gorgeous fauna was a true highlight.The property owners are super friendly and provided interesting local history and places to visit. Our twice daily visits to the nearby beaches, by bike or foot, were just what we needed to find serenity. Highly recommend, would love to come back....... Traveled with my husband, brother and sister in law."

"I was very pleased with the studio apt, its surroundings. the lap pool was beautiful, would have appreciated later time to use it. I had inquired prior to booking that my only concern was the functioning & efficiency of the Air conditioning. When I entered the unit it was stifling, like an oven. No windows/doors were open to let out the heat. One unit was not operating & the other once adequate instructions were provided did work well. We were not allowed to leave the AC on while not in the unit, which I understand. The unit did not cool down for quite sometime, long after we had hoped to go to bed. I was ready to leave upon entering an overwhelmingly hot room. If the existing AC had not worked well enough to properly cool the room, I was prepared to leave. we did contact the owner for assistance it appeared to blame user error. I am pleased that I did not have to leave. I would think that opening windows doors to rid heat prior to check in & run the AC to cool the room so that it is pleasing for first entry, would have made the experience overall great !"
