The staff was so friendly and we had an amazing stay. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival, and that was the only downfall. I’m guessing the guests prior to us were offered a late checkout, which is why the room cleaning was rushed. The entire room and bathroom needed dusting, and a mostly full beer can was found by my 10 year old on the balcony. Roger really stood out as a top notch staff member and went above and beyond.

Checked in a dirty room. Brown stains on bedsheet, dirty linen left on floor, bad odor in bathroom, room equipped for party of 2 and reservation paid for party of 3. Horrible service from night manager. Rude and condescending. Day manager was understanding but not available to assist. No one had any idea what was going on because no notes were left on my reservation which took 4 times explaining to each person why I was at the service desk. This will be my last stay at Sheraton
