"Definitely one of the nicer small hotels in the Negril area. Nicely appointed and great customer service. The food at the restaurant was good value for money. The beach was clean. Our overall impression is that it's everything you absolutely need and want in a somewhat budget conscious hotel. It's not luxurious, don't expect a 5-star all-inclusive, but it's clean, comfortable and the service was friendly. They take pride in maintaining their standards and online ratings. I had a bit of a hiccup at dinner one night where the server basically forgot about us. I waited way longer than I should have to say something, but they went above and beyond to rectify it and make sure I was happy. All good things! I would definitely stay again. One perk is that the property is on the smaller side compared to a resort, so it only takes 2 minutes to get to the beach, or to walk back to the room to change, etc., which is very convenient."
