"The only complaint I have was I went down to the front desk explained I had a late flight. Asked to check out 1pm which they was more than helpful and agreed. Twenty mins later here come a lady knocking asking did I check out yet. Which I explained I went down to front desk already. Five mins later hear comes knocking and someone yelling “HOUSE KEEPING” I was kinda annoyed at that point because it was well long off in advice I asked to stay til 1:00p.m that’s my only complaint. Other than that the hotel staff is helpful and pleasant and the place is clean."

"Note: Take Powell street and not Stockton to the valet lot… that stairwell is not safe. Staff at this hotel are nice, loved the complimentary cozy breakfast. Room was clean and the blinds can shut to almost total blackout.. I slept quite well and would stay again. "
