"I wish I remembered names because everyone was terrific. My expectations were exceeded. The female security officer was very helpful in trying to retain my lost items. If I had one issue, it would be this: I left the 26th, only to return less than two hours later to extend my stay. There was a problem at the airport. Front desk was great and promptly put me in the same room 9093. When I arrived, the room was pitch-perfect cleaned. So, given how I left a few items behind, I assumed they were in the lost and found. No problem at all. But, they were not. A pair of AirPods, a pair of Adidas sandals, a bag full of expensive souvenirs were lost. I do want to express that I had a great stay and I will be returning again. The area is perfect for traveling. "
