It's a very good resorts and rooms are excellent the service for the room is good only issue was that minibar was empty and i have to call for the service at almost 1 an

Found cockroach in my bathroom twice, complained about it with no response, my air conditioner will power off automatically at night time, fire alarms went off twice in middle of the night, there was no good Deserts for this kind of resort, overall the food menu was same. Icing on the cake was after we checked out somebody for the staff approached me and admitted all of the above problems were due to construction was going on and tried to sell me future stay at hard rock with discount if I pay $450 in advance which can be redeemed in 3 yrs. Fortunately I meet one guest at the resort who were offered the same kind of deal in their previous stay and when they came this time it was a complete rip off for them

The air conditioner in the rooms don’t go below 73 degrees. They change me the room and still the same. Deteriorated towels, the hotel is going under remodeling, one restaurant is closed due to remodeling. The rooms are not in pristine condition. Overall not what I expected.

It’s great if they want to sell you vacation club. Then even if you actually buy it it’s all over. No good service. To get any of the benefits you spend more time trying to get the benefit then what it’s worth on savings. I want a vacation to enjoy my time not wait around on them for everything. They are lacking so much on organization and customer service it’s not even funny. I’ve had better treatment at local cheap brand hotels. I’ll be cancelling my vacation club. Value was there. Service is not
