The girl at the front desk was AMAZING! I had a birthday girl and she made it even more special. The check in line kinda sucks. 4pm in 11am out isn't optimal but, I enjoyed our stay. The 2 minutes walk to Volcano bay was awesome!

This is a family resort and I could not believe that people were allowed to smoke and vape near the pool when I complained no one did anything about it they also were allowed to do it in the pathways that should be done nowhere near the hotel at all

We had a hard time figuring out the gates for guest parking. The guest card option should be front and center instead of the bottom right corner. Got soaking wet trying to get out in the rain. Maybe add a cover over the area

Absolutely love this resort. They have 2 different pool areas which my son loved. Dining options as well. The only thing I wasn’t too happy about was our room did not have a microwave. Other than we had an amazing stay.
