We were expecting to check in at 7 pm on our check in day. When we got there, the room was not ready and furthermore had not yet been cleaned. We had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes to get settled in our room. Not happy.

Fantastic rooms that enabled a condo feeling in a hotel setting. Only frustrating part was "asking" for room service and it seemed to have go through 3 levels of approvals before I could get a simple answer on attaining new sheets in the middle of the stay. OUTSIDE of that, highly recommend this location as it's right in the middle of the main drag of Myrtle Beach and it's a wonderful hotel

I absolutely loved this Hotel. We booked a two bedroom oceanfront condo. My family and I loved how large and clean the condo was. It had everything we needed. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, two bathrooms etc. we will be back for sure.
