Luxor is old property 1- long waiting time to check in 2 - slow customer service 3- rooms carpet is too old and smelly 4- high fees for parking I would chose another resort in Vegas

As one of the older properties the Luxor is very dated. I cringe at the Egyptian decor but it’s interesting to look at. It’s clean, well maintained and Smokey. Why Las Vegas? With the emphasis on clean living and health, no smoking should be a priority. The digital key didn’t work consistently and I found myself stuck on an elevator and calling family if available or going back to the registration desk to get another key. The pricing on anything and everything is wildly expensive especially on a budget and family. I wished there were kids meal options and kid shows available on very property. If renovating, consider a play area and water fill stations. I know you can afford simple amenities for children. Overall, it was a nice place at the right price.

I was very sad. Bathrooms are not well cleaned. The bedroom bathroom needs a deep clean. They need to use chlorine. It was disappointing

The property was very safe, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I really love my stay in Luxor. The only thing they should fix is the drainage of the shawer was slow sometimes but everything was good for me. Definitely would go again.
