I have not stayed here in years and I won’t be back. They need to do serious maintenance on this hotel. Hotel room cracked ceiling and walls. No soap in the room requested twice. Never received. Linens were not clean and wipers down countertops in bathroom and they were not clean. Elevators feel unsafe with the amount of shaking and the number don’t show correct floor on internal screen. Additionally the last morning I was there while conducting business calls someone kept knocking on the door; employee of hotel. I explained he had the wrong room. He came back 3 more times.

No soap in the bathroom, shampoo dispenser was taken out, filthy phone with no phone cord, an hour line to register, no room service, no actual glasses for drinks except in the steakhouse, all else are plastic cups - at the bar, at Mexican restaurant, etc. Super noisy on Linq street side. Awful!!!!!!
