Our room was at ground level and overlooked some kind of a loading zone? There were blood stains on the bed and the TV didn't work.

The hotel very nice and the staff really amazing. The hotel have two theater to watch shows . I wished they provide coffee machine and fridge in the room. I called the help desk to provide fridge to put the medicine and they provided. That was very nice of them. The room clean but needs some maintenance. Everything was great
