Dirty room poor upkeep of hallways and rooms. Food poisoning from midway. Unable to get our money back for last 2 nights once we got food poisoning

Very Bad Experience. Starting from Check In till Check out its bad. 1. Check In took - 45 Mins 2. Room Key Doesn't work and It took around an hour to me get into the room again. 3. Room Amenties - Radio Clock doesn't work and even after complaining. It doesn't work for my entire stay. 4. Window Curtains Doesn't work. 5. House Keeping Service is horrible.
