After wanting to surprise my husband for Father’s Day and planning for a while back high hotel to choose we decided on PH. What a terrible mistake. Since we arrived. The line of cars was so long we waited 30 minutes to get off our van. But the worst part was that every where we went that being a restaurant or bar, we would get the same answer from every employee, “we ram out “. Literally asked for tequila one day and they said, they ran out and that they would have some till the next day. Went to a restaurant and asked for 3 pizzas and they told us we could only order 2 because 3 were too many. Requested some food at pool and waiter said that he could only bring several of the plates because he wasn’t allowed to bring more plates. Asked for a can beer and waiter said no because can beers are only for room service. We have been to several hotels in Cancun and this has been the worst service. Employees seemed annoyed and upset when you questioned anything. We even decided to tip more than the usual which we typically tip extremely good but the employees seemed tired and upset when we asked for things. It was very disappointing since we had other options. Food quality was poor. The beef we order at every location was not what we expected. If you are traveling with kids might as well stay at Hyatt Ziva or Beach palace. Much better food quality and better service for sure. Will not return. Never in the 30!plus years of going to Cancun have I ever written such a harsh revie

Overall the resort was very nice and staff very helpful. The room was the nicest and largest resort room we’ve ever stayed. The only real negatives was that for as new of a resort this is the wear/tear in the rooms was very surprising. Also the lack of ability to make dinner reservations and two hour wait times is a real issue. Overall we would consider returning to this resort.

The property was beautiful, the staff was knowledgeable and the food was good. I didnt like how they tried to extra charge you for things that were already paid for. And trying to stiff us for extra money. And a few other things.

Fuimos en Mayo 2023, temporada baja, y no había tanta gente entonces no hicimos filas en ningún lugar (buffet, bar), siempre había camastros disponibles. Lo único que no nos gusto, fue que en el lobby nos decían cierta información, y en realidad no era cierta. Ejemplo, al llegar pregunté si había que reservar en algún restaurante y dijeron que no, que conforme llegaras. Llegamos la última noche a las 8:30 (cierra a las 10) y nos dijeron que ya no había espacio pues había mucha gente esperando antes. Súper tristes explicamos que era nuestra última noche y nos dieron la opción de comer en la barra. Estuvo muy rico, pero nos la hicieron muy cardiaca para entrar. En el Planet Play nos dijeron que el dia costaba 60dlls e incluía todo. Dentro está lo de pintura, entonces supusimos que lo incluía. Pagamos por los 4. Estuvimos en los trampolines, luego en los juegos de Arcade, y a las 12:05 bajamos a la pintura, nos dijeron que era con reservación, que duraba 35 minutos y como a las 12:30 ya había reservado, ya no se podía hasta las 3:30. Nos fuimos al Flow rider (Que incluida en esos 60dlls), y a comer. Al regresar nos dijeron que eran 80dlls por los 4, le dije que ya habíamos pagado el día entero, nos dijo que no se incluía la pintura, cosa que no nos dijeron en la mañana. A excepción de estas confusiones en información, lo demás estuvo muy bien. Estuvimos en cuarto en primer piso con alberca y la aprovecharon los niños mucho.

That it was all inclusive, love the view and very relaxing. There was just little things that would go wrong. Like the elevator was was not working in our part of the building. All in all it was very enjoyable trip.
