The view of the ocean is perfect, and the hotel is clean, you can see the workers do the clean on early morning. And the buffet has a lot of kinds of food. Other restaurants is fine, the only thing make me feel not happy is the restaurant call Tradewinds, my little daughter broke a glass is juice, so the waitress switch another table for us, I bring my daughter back the room to change the dress, when we came back, there is no plate for us, and the waitress doesn’t even ask us if we need another juice or water, when she passed by me, I try to ask her, but she ignore me, that make feel so bad, I will give 1 start .

As a repeat visitor of the Ziva, I absolutely love this hotel. My wife and I truly enjoy the essence of this hotel. The wait staff, housekeeping, managers, and butlers are absolutely the best. We enjoyed our butlers, Alyssa, Andre, and Emma which assisted in every aspect. The Hyatt team actually took away any stress which may be associated with a vacation.

Great staff! Good nightly entertainment (we LOVED Rahul and especially Neon night). But the guys chasing us around every single day for timeshare-like scam definitely put a sour taste in our mouth ;( Overall great family vacation resort

Best part of the trip was our butler, David. Paid to be in the adults only all inclusive turquoise tower which seemed to have zero benefit aside from being able to check out directly there. Premium alcohol is offered, but for an upcharge. Unclear as to why you wouldn’t offer it to all guests if you need to pay for it. The food was very below average. Our group tried all the restaurants but the French one. The meat looked grey at both the steakhouse and taco stations. Room service was awful (undercooked pizza dough) and you’re limited to 2 items per person, so if your dinner was inedible, good luck eating. The only food item I’d recommend is Lorenzo’s pizza. The adults only pool doesn’t have a swim up bar and no one would take our order because we didn’t have a cabana, so you had to get out whenever you needed a drink. The pool with the swim up bar had a bucket with glasses in a cleaning solution and they don’t rinse them with water before filling them up with your drink. They don’t serve alcohol past 11p unless you go to the on-site club. Won’t even bring it to your room. The mini bars are stocked daily but if you have a do not disturb sign they don’t restock (makes sense) so make sure you don’t leave it on. The spa prices are ridiculous. $300 USD for a massage! By the last day they had a “special” for a $179. I have stayed at 5 all inclusive resorts in Cancun and this was by far the worst. We even changed our flights so we could leave early.

Waiting too long for the restaurant. Food menu almost the same every day. Has to pay $99 in order to have lobster dinner/party. Drinks plenty but taste not that good. A coconut costs $10! Taxi service is way too expensive.
